Most people only look at the BTC chart, but smart money also closely monitors USDT.D.

What is USDT.D?

In simple words:

USDT.D (USDT Dominance) tells how much of the total crypto market is in USDT—that is, how much money hasn’t been invested in crypto yet.

📈 As Jab USDT.D goes up:

People are taking money out of crypto and holding USDT.

➡️ Buying pressure decreases in the market.

➡️ Bearish pressure comes on BTC and altcoins.

📉 When USDT.D moves down:

People start buying crypto using their USDT.

➡️ Liquidity returns to the market.

➡️ The chances of pumps in BTC and Altcoins increase.

⸻Where is the Market at right now?

At the moment, USDT.D is trading in the 9.0%–9.5% monthly resistance area (major supply zone).

Interesting thing is that in history, whenever USDT.D got rejected from this zone:

✅ Bitcoin had a strong rally.

✅ We could see new highs or moves near ATH. Possible Scenarios

🟢 Bullish Case

If USDT.D breaks down below 9.0% and moves toward 8.8%:

📈 BTC could show strong bullish momentum.

📈 Altcoins can also start recovering.

📈 Fresh liquidity will enter the market.

🔴 Bearish Case

If USDT.D breaks this resistance and makes a new high:

⚠️ There could be selling pressure in the crypto market.

⚠️ BTC could see a deeper correction.

⚠️ Altcoins could get even weaker.

This scenario is possible, but in my view, it feels less likely at the moment.

Also keep an eye on the Fakeout.

Market makers often create fake breakouts.

It may be that:

🔸 A fake breakout above the USDT.D resistance.

🔸 BTC makes a final downside wick.

🔸 After that, an aggressive rally may begin.

That’s why risk management is the most important.

My Current View

I personally have already started buying.

I think USDT.D will respect its major supply and gradually form lower lows.

If that happens, then the chances of higher highs for BTC and a recovery in the crypto market become quite strong.
