PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

This promotion is only open to eligible Binance users in Ethiopia ONLY.

All eligible participants must have a verified Binance account to be eligible for any reward. This promotion only applies to regular users and VIP 1–3 users.

Binance reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. Promotion Period

Only eligible activity completed during the official promotion period will qualify.

Promotion Period: 3 June 2026 to 26 June 2026.

Any activity completed before or after the promotion period will not be counted.

3. Activity Scope

Only Convert, Spot, Pay, Crypto Deposit, and Futures  trading will be considered for this promotion.

The following will not count as eligible Convert trades:

• Limit orders on Binance Convert.

• Stablecoin-to-stablecoin market orders on Binance Convert.

• Market orders between a stablecoin and its corresponding fiat currency on Binance Convert.

• API trades on Binance Convert.

• Convert trades involving old tokens that have previously undergone a token swap, redenomination, or token merge into the corresponding new token.

4. Rewards and Prize Pool

The total crypto prize pool for this promotion is $15,000 in rewards.

In addition, there will be 3 iPhone prizes awarded.

The iPhone prize refers only to the standard iPhone model stated in the campaign materials. It is not a Pro model, not a Pro Max model, and not any upgraded variant.

The iPhone prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit, upgrades, alternative devices, other models, colors, storage variants, or substitutes, except where Binance determines otherwise at its sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

All crypto rewards will be credited in USDT equivalent.

5. Reward Determination

Being rewarded is not guaranteed.

Where the promotion includes chance-based mechanics, the number of entries, tiles, or spins earned affects the number of chances a user receives, but does not guarantee any prize.

The probability of being rewarded depends on factors including total eligible participants, total qualifying activity, total entries issued, and prize availability.

6. Sub-Accounts

Sub-accounts will not be considered independent participants in this promotion.

Binance reserves the right to make the final determination on how sub-account activity is treated for this promotion.

7. Reward Distribution

Token rewards will be distributed within 20 days after the promotion ends.

Users will be able to view their rewards via Account Center > Wallet > Distribution.

Rewards will only be distributed to eligible winners whose participation fully complies with these terms and conditions and all applicable Binance policies.

Binance reserves the right to conduct verification checks before issuing any reward or prize. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in disqualification.

Binance’s records and determinations regarding eligibility, qualifying trades, trading volume, rankings, reward tiers, winner selection, and prize distribution shall be final and binding, except where prohibited by applicable law.

8. User Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring that:

• their Binance account remains in good standing;

• they participate using their own account;

• they comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and promotion requirements;

• and they understand that participation does not guarantee a reward or prize.

9. Disqualification

Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant or exclude any trades that Binance determines, in its sole discretion, to involve:

• wash trading;

• self-dealing;

• market manipulation;

• fraudulent or abusive behavior;

• illegal or bulk account registrations;

• multiple account abuse;

• artificially generated activity;

• or any improper intent inconsistent with the purpose of the promotion.

Any rewards, prizes, entries, tiles, spins, or benefits obtained through improper means may be revoked.

10. General Terms

Binance reserves the right at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine, amend, vary, cancel, extend, terminate, or suspend this promotion or these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to changes relating to:

• eligibility criteria;

• reward structure;

• winner selection;

• number of winners;

• timing of distribution;

• and any other promotion mechanics.

All participants shall be bound by such amendments.

Additional promotion terms may apply.

Where any discrepancy arises between translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.

The relevant terms shall survive the termination of a participant’s involvement in this promotion.
