XAU 黄金行情分析 | 2026.05.14

3月1日我曾提出：黄金将先冲高至 5400+，随后跌破 4400，之后才开启大级别反弹。

当时这一观点并不被认可，市场主流认为 4400 已结束调整，将直接开启新一轮上涨并突破 5600+。我在3月的视频中解释过异议——若将 5600–4400 视为完整调整，无论级别还是结构都过于牵强。后续黄金冲高至 5400+后应声下跌，验证了该判断。

当前观点：

假设 4100 为阶段性低点，则 4100 起的反弹大概率尚未结束。

• 4100–4890（图2蓝色上涨段）大概率仅是反弹的第一阶段；

• 4890 开始，运行的是针对 4100–4890 上涨段的回调。

分两种情形：

1. 强势回调：近期不破 4500，以收敛结构消化抛压。

2. 深度回调：若跌破 4500，只要在图2红色支撑区间找到调整终点，后续仍有望创出高于 4890 的高点。

综上，4100 起的反弹大概率未结束，盘面需时间消化 4100–4890 的涨幅。

基本面佐证：

短期压制因素明确：美元偏强、美债收益率高、通胀反复、美联储降息预期受抑，均限制不生息资产黄金的短线弹性。但基本面并无恶性恶化，仅是受美元、利率与获利盘共同压制。

中期支撑逻辑仍在：地缘风险、通胀中枢不低、大玩家长期买盘、黄金ETF一季度净流入等，决定黄金短期难以出现单边崩盘。

操作建议：

现阶段更建议普通投资者选择现货、纸黄金或积存金。原因很简单：当前黄金尚未止跌，期货对节奏要求极高且止损难设，即便方向看对，也常因回调扫损导致杠杆仓位被洗出；而无杠杆的现货及账户类黄金更适合依据大级别逻辑分批布局与持有。

5.15黄金晚间分析
日内黄金整体承压走弱，早盘自4665一线震荡回落，午后下行触及4531低位后迎来小幅反弹，当前金价徘徊4555区间震荡。整体盘面短线空头占据优势，不过低位下跌动能放缓，初步显现止跌企稳迹象。
消息层面，今日市场整体交投情绪谨慎，美元指数小幅回暖走强，加之市场静待美联储后续政策动向，观望情绪浓厚，多重因素共同施压黄金价格上行。
技术盘面来看，布林带整体缩口运行，行情波动区间持续收窄。4560布林中轨为短线多空分水岭，上方4584一带形成强势压制；下方4535布林下轨形成短期支撑，晚间黄金大概率维持区间震荡格局。
