After LayerZero acquired Stargate @StargateFinance:
1. $STO will be converted to $ZRO at a ratio of 1 STG = 0.08634 ZRO, with the conversion expected to start this week.
2. All veSTG stakers locked before the proposal on August 10 will share Stargate's revenue from August 1–23, as well as 50% of Stargate's revenue for the next 6 months (September to February).
3. StargateDAO will be dissolved.
4. There will no longer be $STG staking.
