Today is the last day of October, and I realized that this month has been the busiest one in recent years.

I arrived in Singapore at the end of September, and then spent some time with my family in Malaysia.

After returning, I focused on establishing the HODLER membership system, and then experienced the major crash on October 11.

I just returned and flew to Chengdu, then traveled to Xiamen and Shenzhen, and by the time I returned from Shenzhen, it was already the 20th.

Then on the 23rd, I flew back to Shenzhen because I needed to hold an event on the 25th.

In the blink of an eye, it's the end of the month.

This month, I also unlocked an achievement - spending 100,000 on knowledge payments in a single month.

This month, I first attended a course by Teacher Jiang Yufei and signed up for the private board meeting, which cost over 60,000 yuan.

Then last night, I reported on Liu Siy's private board meeting, 49,800.

Especially when Liu Siy suddenly said, 'Hello, Dad,' I was completely taken aback—he calls his members 'babies' and the members of the private board meeting 'dads.' I admire this point because I can't bring myself to say it.

So this month, the external knowledge payment has already exceeded 100,000.

There is a saying that is widely circulated in the knowledge payment circle: paying is recognition.

What it means is that when you say you appreciate someone, it's complete nonsense; if you don't pay, how can it be considered recognition? If you really want to recognize this person, then pay!

Although it sounds a bit like PUA, you'll find that if you don't pay while others do, the level of connection is definitely different, including myself. With so many WeChat friends, who would care who you are if you don't pay?

The logic behind Juzuo's payment for these two individuals is also the same: purely making friends, why would I pursue any delivery content of the private board meeting?

This year I have also paid for a few IPs in the circle, the experience is quite different because it is too specialized and vertical, the industry atmosphere is still relatively strong, but actually, I am more like someone in the knowledge payment circle.

So next, the paid linking journey of Juzuo will continue. Right now, I have a few big words on my head: I, leeks, cut me.

As long as you can cut me, I will acknowledge the cut.

So you might be curious, what is my purpose in doing this? Do I really have to stick my head out to be cut?

In fact, over the past few years, I have been continuously paying to learn about the courses I am interested in, but the name 'private board meeting' has been somewhat tainted, so I was quite cautious when facing products related to private board meetings.

In the past, I could focus on myself; at worst, I would slowly explore and understand certain things, but the situation is different now. I need to connect more high-quality resources for members and have deeper communication with these IPs who have achieved results to reduce my exploration costs.

Another reason is that one of my biggest insights recently is: refuse the transition from 0 to 1.

This is also what Old Mai said when he was in Shenzhen. When I heard this sentence, my mind felt like it exploded because the transition from 0 to 1 is almost a consensus in society, including Peter Thiel, who wrote a book called (Zero to One).

It seems that once everyone runs through from 0 to 1, they can get results, but that is not the case.

The reason I agree to refuse the transition from 0 to 1 is also very simple; the trial and error cost from 0 to 1 is too high, and it is easy to miss the window period.

And more critically, more people will repeatedly get stuck in the 0-1 stage—because the rules are constantly changing, it ultimately forms a dead cycle of 0-1-0-1-0, like being trapped in a quagmire.

Now our business and positioning have completed the transition from 0 to 1, so we should quickly replicate from 1 to n, instead of slowly continuing from 0 to 1.

This is also one of the reasons why I continue to pay to join private board meetings—deep connections with those who have achieved results will give me a broader perspective and deeper thinking.

Humans are creatures that can easily narrow their vision, especially when they focus on a specific field. Years ago, Juzuo shouted a slogan: jump out of the industry to see the industry.

What it means is to avoid getting stuck in a rut and to view the industry from a more macro perspective. You will find that some things can be answered elsewhere.

Paying to enter the private board meeting is also a step out of the industry.

In addition to continuing to pay externally, I will also recruit a few assistants. This is something I learned from Liu Siy, who has a very impressive assistant team to help him increase efficiency. Currently, I also need two assistants:

One is related to industry research. It is best to be in Hangzhou, but remote work is also acceptable. Requires strong initiative, familiarity with the on-chain ecosystem and operations, and the ability to conduct independent research and judgment. Experienced candidates are preferred.

Another one is BD. It is best to be in Hangzhou, remote work is also acceptable. The main task is to help me connect with target individuals because I need to pay to expand my network and invite guests to share within our members, but I have a bit of a time crunch, so those with experience and broader resources in the industry are preferred.

Of course, if you have other specialties and resources, you are also welcome to apply for the position of assistant at Juzuo. The pay won't be too high, but there are plenty of opportunities.

So if you're just here to work, it's better to forget it; you definitely won't get the salary you desire.

But if it's about finding opportunities and resources, it should still be possible.

Don't bug me about why I'm willing to pay high prices to join private board meetings but unwilling to pay assistants high salaries; the logic is quite simple: you must first prove your value, and I acknowledge cuts. If you can cut me, that's your skill.

Welcome to submit your resume to hodlerjuzuo@163.com. I am very eager to know what my assistant will be like.

Everyone is also welcome to join our hodler membership. More exciting activities are actively being prepared. Those who have participated in activities can come and chat in the comment area.
