Jixi County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province; Jixi is one of the six counties of ancient Huizhou
Main attractions: Huizhou-Hangzhou Ancient Path, Longchuan Scenic Area, the First Pass of Jiangnan, Shangcun, Jiaping Township, Meiguan Ridge

Jixi, here is the birthplace of Hu cuisine, Hu ink, and Hu opera. It has a long history and brilliant culture, and still retains many ancient villages with distinctive Huizhou architectural features.

The misty Longchuan here, with distant mountains like a dark green, the source river flowing by, and beautiful fields along the banks, along with the Huizhou-style buildings with white walls and black tiles; in the morning, when the mountain mist lingers, it is as beautiful as a Chinese painting.

In Jixi, walking along the banks of the Dengu River, surrounded by the light and shadow of Huizhou's mountains and waters, it's as if one has stepped into a painting.

Jixi County is located in the southern part of Anhui Province, on the eastern foot of Huangshan Mountain, covering an area of 1126 square kilometers, with 11 towns and 81 villages (communities), and a resident population of 136,000. It is named because the northern Ruxi and Huixi rivers 'separate and then combine, like Jixian'.
