Therefore, they do not buy at the 'lowest point' but at a 'certainty.' Perhaps from Grayscale's perspective, this is currently the bottom range for FIL. The fundamentals may not have improved significantly, but they are not getting worse, and the certainty of future improvement has increased. This shows that Grayscale's 350,000 purchases are sufficient proof that Wall Street has a strong consensus that it is optimistic about FIL.
