But when an Agent makes a wrong action, for example:

Causing suppliers to trigger erroneous processes
The first reaction of enterprises is always:
At which level is the responsibility?
Is it an Agent?
Is it a model?

Is it a calling module?
Or the enterprise itself?
Now all AI automation systems have a common problem:
Task execution has no 'responsibility boundaries', all actions seem to be emitted from a black box.

Six, why is the responsibility layer a prerequisite for AI automation at scale?
Enterprises will not allow a system without responsibility boundaries to execute key tasks, just as they would not let someone who cannot sign handle finances.
The significance of the responsibility layer is:
Let enterprises know who each execution action belongs to
Give the execution chain legal significance
Make task audits independent of model interpretation
Allow cross-border processes to be regulated
Let developers not bear uncontrollable joint responsibility
Allow conflicts to be resolved through consistency mechanisms
Align responsibilities across different departments
Allow automation to extend to core systems
Responsibility is not an additional condition, but a fundamental structure.
Seven, the true position of Kite, I believe should be classified as 'the institutional layer of AI execution'
It is not:
AI payment framework
AI process tools
AI scheduling layer
AI routing system
What it does is more fundamental and foundational:
