There are moments in life that do not need noise... it is enough for you to stand firmly and say to yourself:

I will not bow, I will not retreat, and I will not allow despair to steal the purity of my ambition.

For strength is not shouting, but rather getting up every time you fall, and moving forward even if you are heavily wounded.
