US prosecutors want 12 years in prison for Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, for his role in the $40 billion collapse of the crypto tokens LUNA and TerraUSD. He admitted to defrauding investors, and prosecutors also want him to forfeit $19 million. His lawyers say 12 years is too harsh.
