Just yesterday (December 7, 2025), Dubai Customs signed a historic agreement with #Binance to enable cryptocurrency payments for all import and export operations!
Now companies can pay customs duties in digital currencies at the click of a button, faster transactions, lower costs, and higher security through blockchain technology.
And this is not the first step:
- The Dubai Department of Finance will allow payment of all government fees in cryptocurrencies before the end of 2025 via the "Dubai Pay" portal
- Gulf Craft has become the first yacht company in the region to accept crypto
- Ripple is officially licensed in Dubai to provide global payment solutions
