1. Price is stabilising after a downtrend

ETH was in a clear downtrend with lower lows and lower highs.

Recently, price stopped falling and started moving sideways.

This is often called accumulation or base formation, which can precede trend reversals.

2. Price is trading above the short-term moving averages

The yellow/orange/blue EMAs (short-term) are now below the price, meaning momentum is shifting upward.

When candles consistently close above short EMAs, it signals improving bullish strength.

3. Bollinger Bands are contracting

The bands are tightening → this shows volatility compression.

Tight Bollinger Bands often lead to big moves.

Since price is near the top half of the band and not the bottom, momentum is slightly bullish.

4. 200-day MA is still above price

Long-term trend is still bearish because price is under the 200MA (white line).

But price is trying to pull back toward it, which often happens before a trend reversal.

5. Higher lows are forming

You can see that recent swing lows are rising.

A series of higher lows = early sign of bullish pressure building.
