The fund is established in Delaware and is operated by iShares Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC, with ETH assets custodied by an independent oversight entity.
The filing details the fund's structure, how to hold Ethereum, the staking mechanism to generate rewards, along with the roles of sponsors and legal partners. Currently, the filing is still awaiting SEC approval, meaning the ETF cannot be traded until it is approved.
