Tether announced that USDT issued on Aptos, Celo, Cosmos, Kaia, Near, Polkadot, Tezos, TON, and TRON has been recognized by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) as an “Accepted Fiat-Referenced Token” (AFRT).

This approval allows FSRA-licensed institutions to conduct regulated USD stablecoin activities across these chains, expanding on ADGM’s earlier recognition of USDT on Ethereum, Solana, and Avalanche.
