Binance is fully licensed in Abu Dhabi to operate an international exchange

Abu Dhabi (the capital of the UAE) has granted Binance 3 important licenses: to operate an exchange, a clearing center - custody, and brokerage services. As a result, all of Binance's international operations and liquidity will be directly supervised by the FSRA according to the 'gold' standards of a major financial center.

Binance stated that this helps increase transparency and build trust for users. The exchange will begin operating under the new legal framework from 1/5/2026.

This move also paves the way for Binance to establish an international operating center in Abu Dhabi, supplementing the license in Dubai and the investment of 2 billion USD from the MGX fund.
