🧐 SEC concludes 2-year investigation into Ondo Finance — no charges filed

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially closed its two-year investigation into Ondo Finance, regarding the review of:

- Tokenized Treasury products

- ONDO token

The agency examined whether they qualify as securities and if there were any regulatory violations.

According to the notice that Ondo Finance received at the end of November, the SEC has concluded the investigation and has not filed any charges.
