In a post on X, she noted that Tesla is enhancing its Dogecoin integration, with the new backend code indicating a significant upgrade from the previous basic setup, which was limited to merchandise. The updated code hints at DOGE payments for Tesla vehicles, including the Model 3 and Cybertruck, featuring hidden 'order with Dogecoin' buttons. Although the integration is not yet active, the infrastructure for purchasing a Tesla with DOGE is being developed. Additionally, references to Bitcoin have been removed from the code, leaving DOGE as the primary cryptocurrency. This potential integration could enhance Dogecoin's utility and adoption. Meanwhile, Buenos Aires has passed a law allowing tax payments in DOGE, coinciding with the meme coin's 12th anniversary. Currently, Dogecoin is trading at approximately$ 0.14.
