The more people in the crypto world want to seize every opportunity, the more likely they are to exit early. My core strategy is simple enough to be summed up in one sentence: only do N-shaped breakthroughs, avoid the fish head and tail, only eat the fish body.
What is an N-shaped opportunity?
N-shaped is the most intuitive reflection of a trend: a wave of rise (vertical line) → a pullback to wash out (diagonal line) → a volume breakout to surpass the previous high (second vertical line).
The logic behind it is: the main force accumulates and then washes out, followed by a rapid rise. You only need to enter when the pullback does not break the previous low, and there is a renewed volume startup.
How to achieve compound interest with N-shape?
Selection of targets: only choose coins that are above the 20-day moving average on the daily chart, ensuring the overall trend is upward.
Entry point: pull back to previous support levels (such as the 50% position of the initial rise), and tentatively build positions when a small bullish candle appears with reduced volume.
Add position point: add when breaking through the previous high with increased volume, set the stop loss at the lowest point of the breakout candle.
Exit mechanism: reduce the position by half when profits reach 10%, and set a trailing stop for the remaining position, allowing profits to run.
Risk control is the key to survival
Strictly control single loss within 2% of total capital;
If you miss the N-shaped opportunity, stay in cash and wait, do not trade in a choppy market;
Withdraw 50% of profits each month to ensure that the principal is always safe.
Why can't most people achieve this?
Because they always want to catch every wave of volatility, while the N-shape strategy requires being in cash 80% of the time waiting. I only watch the market for 1 hour a day, keeping the rest of the time off. Real profits come from a few highly certain opportunities, not from frequent trading.
