$PHA just bounced back to $0.046 after some selling pressure.

First target I’m watching is $0.048, and if momentum kicks in, next could reach $0.0495 – $0.05.

Stop loss I’m keeping near $0.045 to manage any downside.

Feels like a solid setup — next move could test these levels soon.
