Breaking: Twenty One Capital Set to Debut on NYSE in December.....
The Bitcoin-focused firm Twenty One Capital will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on December 9, 2025, under the ticker symbol “XXI” following approval of its merger with Cantor Equity Partners (CEP).
At launch, Twenty One will hold over 43,500 BTC (roughly US$4 billion), making it one of the largest corporate Bitcoin treasuries and a pioneer as a “Bitcoin-native” public company.
