$BTC U.S. Treasury yields skyrocketing? The 'toilet' in the crypto world has been activated!
Can’t hold it anymore! A group of experts is once again surrounding U.S. Treasury yields to chant? What’s the difference between predicting this thing’s ups and downs and trading crypto based on weather forecasts?
In plain language: This is like the fixed deposit interest at your local bank suddenly soaring, while still being principal-protected and interest-guaranteed. Would you deposit your spare crypto money to earn interest, or continue gambling in the casino? The answer is obvious!
Short term is just TM’s siphoning, pulling the water (capital) from the crypto world into the Treasury pool!
🔥 Short term? Bring it down! Don’t believe those “long-term positive” platitudes! Once yields rise, global hot money moves faster than brains, instantly flowing back from the “casino” (crypto and stock markets) to the “treasury” (Treasury bonds). The market will vote with its feet, and when liquidity tightens, the first to die will be the high-risk altcoins!
⚠️ But remember, the Grim Reaper is also a savior! The part that these analysts dare not say openly is: when yields are too high for the economy to handle, the Fed's only remedy is to restart the printing press (QE)! The wealth script of 2020 will replay, and once the faucet is turned on, Bitcoin will undoubtedly be the fastest wild horse!
Big 💩 theory: This entire game is a tidal cycle of a “large legal capital pool.” The Fed is the overseer, using high interest (yields) to suck water (capital) from all pools (risk markets) back to its main pool (Treasury), this is called “netting.” When the outside is parched and cries abound, it opens the floodgates (QE), and stipulates that the water must first flow through its designated channels (core assets). The crypto world, especially BTC, is the wild channel closest to the gate, and can always be fattened the most. Your torment is just the “dry season” you must endure while it adjusts the water level.
In summary: Prepare for a beating in the short term, and have a sack ready for the long term. The tears flowing now will be the fuel for your explosive rise during future QE.
