Hello everyone, I am Mig.

A brother asked me what is going on with LINK's trend? Can it rise to 14.94 or even 16.2? Or will it fall to 12.78 or even 11.5? Let's take a look at the chart together!

Today we won't waste words, let's get straight to the point!

First, let's break down the technical aspects:

MACD double line falls below the 0 axis + death cross: this is not an ordinary adjustment, but a clear signal of weakening momentum. The white line is below and the yellow line is above, indicating that the short-term trend is dominated by bears; even if there is a rebound, it is likely to be hit again.

Key level concentrated area:

  1. Upper pressure: 14.94 (small pressure), 16.2 (strong pressure zone)

  2. Support below: 12.78 (key defense), 11.5 (ultimate bottom)

  3. Currently, it's sideways around 14, which is the 'suffocation zone' of long and short stalemate. Once a direction is chosen, the momentum won't be small.

Volume continues to shrink: without volume, there's no popularity; without popularity, it's hard to truly break through. Be careful of 'volumeless rebounds being deceptive'; once the buying is induced, the market can be crushed at any time.

So the question is: will it rise or fall next?

My view is very clear: as long as it hasn't stabilized above 14.94, treat all rises as rebounds first, don't chase easily!

If I were the main force, I would play like this:

  1. Inducing buying: push up to around 14.9, making retail investors think it's a breakthrough, then short them when they follow in.

  2. True drop: directly break below 12.78 with volume, and once panic selling occurs, head straight for 11.5.

So what should retail investors do? Remember Mig's three sentences:

For those with positions: if the rebound approaches 14.94, reduce positions! Don't be greedy.

For those with no positions: hold back, wait for the direction to be clear. Either break above 15 and stabilize, or fall below 12.5 and stabilize before considering.

For short-term traders: only do right-side trades, don't guess the bottom or try to catch the bottom.

Mig is also keeping an eye on it, but I haven't taken action yet. Why? Because I know that the market doesn't complete in one day; holding back often earns more than making random moves.
