Lan Zhanfei's kidnapping details exposed: forced to provide biological information at knifepoint, emotionally collapsed and cried out 'it’s not self-directed' while keeping finances hidden!

On December 9, well-known blogger 'Lan Zhanfei' responded with a lengthy post on social media regarding the recently discussed 'South Africa kidnapping incident,' stating that he experienced a knife-point kidnapping lasting four to five hours, and tearfully expressed: 'I don’t need sympathy, but please stop spreading rumors.'

According to his description, the incident occurred in a five-star hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. Three kidnappers (two of whom were black) broke into the room at night, held a knife to his neck, and demanded 3 million yuan. He was then forcibly stripped of his clothes for photographs and coerced into signing debt documents and taking ID photos.

Even more chillingly, the kidnappers were well-prepared, producing women's clothing for him to repeatedly touch to leave fingerprints, and deliberately collecting his saliva and hair, even threatening him with a knife to self-collect semen, attempting to fabricate 'strong' evidence to prevent him from reporting to the police.

Lan Zhanfei stated that the kidnappers seemed to have planned for half a year in advance, having disguised themselves as fans to wait at the airport without success, and ultimately learned about his itinerary through bribed hotel staff to carry out the crime. During the kidnapping process, he was fortunate not to be lured to a more remote location because he chose to take an official taxi.

After the kidnappers left, he was extremely frightened and used furniture to barricade the door in the hotel room, staying awake all night, until the embassy security personnel arrived the next morning, at which point he dared to go to a safe house. He wrote in his post: 'When washing my face in the bathroom, I completely broke down emotionally, a grown man sobbing uncontrollably... the pressure was just too much.'

Regarding outside speculation of a 'set-up' or 'self-directed scheme,' he firmly denied it and revealed that local police have initiated an investigation, are retrieving surveillance footage for evidence, but were also informed that the probability of solving the case is extremely low.

Lan Zhanfei is currently a streamer and travel blogger, with tens of millions of fans across the internet. This year, his account sparked controversy due to commercial remarks, and recently he has been traveling around the world, having just posted a video of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro before the incident. The relevant case is still under further processing.
