Eight years in the cryptocurrency world, from 180,000 to 50 million, this relentless journey is unimaginable to outsiders.
At 37, a person from Fujian, settled in Shanghai. Now with three houses and living comfortably, but back then, I only had 180,000 to enter, at one point losing down to 50,000, so poor that I was left with only a breath. No one pulled me up; I carved my bloody path using my own 'dumb methods.'
The most ruthless wave, making 100 times in 3 months, directly stepping into eight digits. At that moment, I understood: the cryptocurrency world is not about being smart; it's about surviving.
Here are a few hard truths that can really save lives, understand them to avoid taking five years of detours:
1. A bull market is not about picking up gold coins; it's about picking up lives.
Don't recklessly gamble everywhere; focus on one track, one leader, grasp the main upward wave, a single wave can surpass half a year's effort of others.
2. Only buy new coins, not old ones.
Old coins may seem cheap, but most are already in the ICU. New stories, new hotspots, and new funds are where the meat is.
3. Contracts are knives; they can cut others, but they can also cut you.
Don't go all in, don't exceed 5x leverage, and stop-loss should be as natural as a heartbeat. Otherwise, you'll return to square one overnight.
4. The cycle is the way of Heaven.
A four-year cycle; the bull's tail must clear out the shams. When even delivery workers come to ask what you're buying, that's the highest point. Those who cannot escape will see the bones and scraps next round.
I have no talent, nor insider information; I survived relying on these few 'dumb logics' and lived better than a bunch of people who think they are smart.
Stop asking 'which coin can multiply ten times.'
First, ask yourself: when it drops 90%, can you still survive?
The cryptocurrency world never lacks opportunities,
What it lacks is you who can endure until the next spring.
