According to CoinGlass, HYPE futures open interest (OI) dropped 5.91% in the past 24 hours, down to $1.44 billion. A decisive close below this support could extend losses toward the Pivot S1 at $26.03, before testing the October 10 low near $20.84. The 50-day EMA crossed below the 200-day EMA last Thursday, forming a “death cross,” signaling short-term selling pressure overtaking the medium-term trend. RSI sits at 34 in oversold territory, while MACD confirms strong bearish momentum. To restore bullish structure, HYPE needs to reclaim $30 and break above resistance around $34.
