🇷🇺 The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has officially stated:
the scheme for seizing crypto, foreign assets, and securities from corrupt officials is already operational and set to "flow."
Currently, the legal procedure is being developed on how exactly crypto will be converted into state revenue.
That is, for the first time at the agency level, it has been recognized: digital assets are not "digital nonsense," but real money that the state intends to hunt for just as it does for real estate and cash.

⚠️ What could this mean going forward?
If the mechanism is refined and automated, it is reasonable to expect that:
• not only officials may fall under its purview,
• but also any individual with legal problems,
• including owners of large wallets, exchange accounts, and assets abroad.
The state rarely limits itself to a "narrow" category — if the tool works, it will be scaled up.
