Dia 3 de janeiro tive a infelicidade de comprar uma árvore de natal na promoção dessa loja que eu e minha família que éramos clientes, esperamos nunca mais passar nem na frente! Começou, depois que eu comprei , meu pedido ninguém localizava , entrei em contato com o SAC finalizaram a conversa na minha cara dizendo que o sistema caiu, FALTA DE RESPEITO MAS ISSO NEM ERA METADE DA FRUSTRAÇÃO QUE ME ESPERAVA, tentei no outro dia após muita demora e humilhação a resposta que eu tive era que o pedido não existia a apesar de eu ter prints com número do pedido e cobrança na fatura do meu cartão, fui novamente enganada.
Fomos 4x na loja física, perder tempo para saber onde o pedido estava e todo dia que ia pedia para voltar dnv, apesar da educação dos atendentes, não encontravam de forma nenhuma, mesmo com as provas em mãos, eles nada puderam fazer!
Tentei amigavelmente contato com o sac online onde se comprometeram em abrir uma solicitação interna para tentar localizar o que havia ocorrido e por onde essa maldita árvore estava e quando achassem ou tivessem uma posição entrariam em contato para avisar , NOVAMENTE DESCASO, NÃO ENTRARAM EM CONTATO HORA NENHUMA POR VIA NENHUMA ,e mail ou telefone.
Quando finalmente fomos na loja após quase 1 mês a compra, o pedido foi encontrado e estava na loja, fiquei momentaneamente feliz, porém, segundo os trabalhadores da loja eu não poderia retirar minha árvore de natal, pois o pedido constava como devolvido E NINGUÉM SOLICITOU A DEVOLUÇÃO, até pq nem no sistema constava para rastrear quem dirá solicitar uma devolução , segundo o colaborador da loja tinha ocorrido um ERRO sistêmico no site e o pedido havia sido cancelado sem se quer ter sido avisado a mim !
