Ngày 15/01/2025, tại Diễn đàn quốc gia Phát triển doanh nghiệp công nghệ số Việt Nam lần thứ VI, Tổng Bí thư Tô Lâm đã giao nhiệm vụ xây dựng mạng Blockchain Layer 1 “Make in Vietnam” cho One Mount Group, thành viên của Hiệp hội Blockchain Việt Nam (VBA).
One Mount cam kết đầu tư 200-500 triệu USD để phát triển mạng Blockchain với tốc độ cao, khả năng mở rộng vượt trội và bảo mật tối ưu. Đây là bước đi chiến lược nhằm xây dựng hạ tầng blockchain quốc gia, hỗ trợ các ứng dụng phi tập trung (DApps) trong nhiều lĩnh vực như tài chính, y tế, giáo dục và dịch vụ công.
Tổng Bí thư nhấn mạnh vai trò của công nghệ số trong việc đưa Việt Nam trở thành quốc gia dẫn đầu Đông Nam Á về công nghệ vào năm 2030, đồng thời kêu gọi doanh nghiệp đặt mục tiêu phát triển lớn và bền vững.
Bà Nguyễn Thị Dịu, Tổng Giám đốc One Mount Group, khẳng định dự án này sẽ góp phần thúc đẩy chuyển đổi số toàn diện và mang lại lợi ích thiết thực cho người dân.
