今天Nado结束了alpha
这段时间的测试也算有了个结果
从延期以来我对nado的看法有了些许改观，期望放低了
所以我选择拿分，测试号就刷了几个一百多万的交易量
作为气氛组组长我给大家做出一些项目解析和策略
首先
抛开那些花里胡哨的叙事
我们只看 Gas 和磨损
我测试了“秒开关”模式（Nado 限价 BTC/ETH + 市价对冲出局）
数据非常有趣：
Paradex 对冲： 万分之 2.3 消耗
Variation 对冲： 万分之 3.2 消耗
Nado的市价单手续费较高，尽量与0gas fee的dex对冲
下面是测试时期使用的策略，仅供参考：
当 BTC 在 Nado 与其他所之间的点差（Spread）达到 150 刀时，就是我们地切入时机。两边市价对冲，等点差缩小到 30 刀左右平仓。
这种操作逻辑下，点差带来的收益基本可以覆盖 Nado 的手续费。别人在消耗本金博空投，我们在用基差套利做“冷启动”。
我做项目的原则只有一个：本金第一，盈亏比第二，项目方的饼排第三。
但对于早鸟用户来说，得分效率高，亏损的概率不大，但不排除后期项目方作妖的可能性。

Kraken introduces decentralized exchange Nado

Kraken has launched a new decentralized exchange, #Nado , built on the Ink Network, which has now entered its testing phase. Nado features an order-book style matching system and offers unified margin for both spot and perpetual trades, combining cash balances, spot holdings, and unrealized PnL into one shared collateral pool.

Nado reports a matching speed of roughly 5-15 milliseconds. It also introduces an NLP mechanism that lets users deposit idle USDT0 for market-making, allowing them to earn rewards from both market-making activity and liquidation flows, while simultaneously using those positions as collateral for additional trading.
