After reflecting deeply on this governance process, a few things are clearer to me than ever.

Enter on the breakout rather than guessing.

Stop: 129.7
Targets: 133.5 → 135.5

REASONS:
• The recent pullback hasn't broken that low, so the short-term structure is improving.
• The current decline looks orderly rather than a panic sell-off.
