Stop chasing pumps.
By the time it's on your feed, whales already entered. You're their exit liquidity. Wait for your setup — not theirs.
Your SL is not optional.
I learned this the hard way with $SOL and $SENT this week — both hit stop-loss. Did it hurt? Yes. Did it save me from a bigger loss? Absolutely. Always set your SL before you enter. Always.
Size your position like you've already lost it.
Never put in more than you can afford to lose completely. The market doesn't care about your bills.
Document your trades publicly.
This changed my game. When you post your entries and TPs before the trade — not after — you build discipline. No more moving goalposts. No more lying to yourself.
Macro > Charts.

Ребята, я реально в шоке, даже не верится! Опубликовал первый пост про свой путь, а тут столько лайков и подписок. В ТикТоке я такого актива никогда не видел 🐱 (Правдо, я там всякую фигню выкладывал, может по этому 🤣) А тут просто пушка! Всем огромное спасибо за поддержку, вы лучшие! ❤️🚀
Пока радовался активу, зашел глянуть графики, а там просто жесть — монета BARD улетела почти на -42%! Буквально за пару часов она пробила очередное дно. Я такого обвала за такой короткий срок еще не видел. Посмотрите на эти свечи (скрин прикрепил).
Я решил разобраться, почему всё так плохо, и нашел инфу в инсайтах Бинанса. Оказывается, сегодня, 18 марта, произошла массовая разблокировка токенов. Крупные игроки получили свои монеты и начали их жестко лить. 😱
Честно, руки чешутся купить по такой низкой цене, ведь кажется, что ниже уже некуда... ☺️ Но очень страшно, что пока разлок не закончится, мы будем лететь в подвал вместе с монетой. ☺️ Хорошо, что я раньше не зашел в нее, сейчас бы сидел в диком минусе. 🤣 Пока просто смотрю со стороны, нервы дороже. 🔥
