What's paused:

- Order matching stops

- Web app + REST API gonna be spotty

After maintenance ends:

- 15min cancel-only/post-only mode

- Market orders = rejected

- Only limit orders with isPostOnly flag work

- Can cancel orders via web or API

Normal trading resumes after. They'll update when it's back live.
