I know I’m currently moving against the broader trend.

On the TF Daily for December 9, I was expecting $HYPE to form a long wick by sweeping the liquidation at the Previous Daily Lows (PDL) from December 7 and 8. Instead, the December 9 daily candle closed below the PDL, which made me hesitant to take any Buy positions.

I shifted to the lower timeframes and found a small window for a potential Buy setup. At the Asia Session open, $HYPE had already swept the New York Session’s liquidity, which gave me a bit more confidence to attempt a Buy.

My primary target was actually the New York Session High, but since I’m trading against the major trend, the -0.27 standard deviation level is likely to become my take-profit zone.

What do you think? #hype
