If you want to start #trading on your own and grow into a professional, here’s a simple and practical path you can follow. Keep it steady and build real skill step by step.
1. Pick one #market and stick to it
Start with spot crypto only. Don’t touch futures yet. Master one style before jumping to others.
2. Learn the core tools
Focus on a few indicators instead of mixing many. These three are enough to start:
RSI (overbought / oversold)
Moving averages (20/50/200)
Volume levels
You don’t need anything more in the beginning.
3. Build one simple strategy
A basic beginner-friendly method:
Buy when price pulls back to a strong support and RSI is below 40.
Take profit in two parts (for example 2% and 5%).
Set stop loss slightly below support.
This teaches discipline.
4. Track everything you do
Make a trading journal:
Entry
Exit
Reason
Win or loss
You’ll learn more from this than from YouTube.
5. Start small
Trade with the lowest possible amount. Your goal is not profit. Your goal is skill.
6. Protect your capital
A professional trader is not someone who wins every trade. A professional is someone who never blows his account.
7. Avoid emotional decisions
No revenge trades, no forcing entries, no chasing pumps.
8. Keep learning daily
Spend at least 20–30 minutes each day studying charts, not signals. Signals won’t make you a pro. Understanding charts will.
