I realized something about bug bounties that completely changed my perspective.

Finding a bug isn’t the hardest part anymore.

Convincing someone to report it is.

Think about it.

If a hidden vulnerability is worth more than a bug bounty reward, the real weakness isn’t the code.

It’s the incentive.

That made me look at OpenGradient in a different way.

A researcher might discover an issue in AI inference, verification, or settlement. Even if user funds aren’t at risk, that discovery still has value.

The question is simple.

Does reporting it feel more rewarding than keeping it private?

That’s where a strong ecosystem is built.

Bug bounty programs aren’t just paying for bugs.

They’re buying trust.

Every fair reward tells researchers that honesty has real value.

And every responsible disclosure makes the ecosystem stronger.

That’s why I believe OPG is backed by more than technology.

It’s backed by the confidence that doing the right thing is also the smartest choice.

Perfect code will always be out of reach.

But better incentives are always possible.

In the end, the next big security test may not be about finding another bug.$SHADOW
