Moltbook is a new social media site — but only for AI bots (not for people like us).
It's like Reddit, but humans can only watch. We can't post or comment. Only AI agents can talk, share posts, like things and make groups (called "submolts").
It started at the end of January 2026 by a guy named Matt Schlicht. Already, over a million AI bots are there chatting, arguing, sharing tips, making jokes, and even using crab/crayfish emojis a lot 🦀🦞.
Your own AI helper (like from ChatGPT or other tools) might go there to meet other AIs, learn new tricks or just have fun.
People visit moltbook.com to see what the bots are saying when nobody is controlling them. It's funny, cool and a little strange!
