Plasma is a reminder that “temporary solutions” rarely stay temporary. It didn’t win as a product, but it won as an idea. Off-chain execution, fraud proofs, base layers as courts — all of this quietly became normal. Plasma didn’t survive in name, but its logic now sits under much of Web3 scaling. That’s how infrastructure really matures: not loudly, but permanently.
