🚨 BREAKING: German 🇩🇪 Chief of Defence "Carsten Breuer" has expressed the view that Russia 🇷🇺 could acquire the capability to attack (NATO) by (2029) or even earlier.
According to media reports, German 🇩🇪 Chief of Defence "Carsten Breuer" while giving an interview to a local newspaper, said that various indicators—such as restructuring of armaments, an increase in the number of personnel, economic, and political changes—all point towards a possible date for a Russian 🇷🇺 attack on (NATO) and that is (2029).
He was asked, "Could this attack happen even earlier?" To which the answer is, yes.
"Breuer" said that this is exactly why (NATO) needs to remain ready for warfare immediately; it must strengthen its military capabilities by (2029) and after that, by (2035) it must achieve technical superiority.
He said that a new military strategy explains the path forward for enhancing the capability profile. Predicting an exact date is difficult, but the danger is clearly increasing.
He further stated that Russia 🇷🇺 is conducting military operations in Ukraine 🇺🇦 and is learning from them, as well as developing new technologies. "Putin" has demonstrated his readiness to attack sovereign states because the closer you are to the Russian 🇷🇺 border, the more intensely this will be felt.
On the other hand, the "Estonian Intelligence Service" has stated in its annual report that Russia 🇷🇺 does not intend to launch a military attack on any (NATO) member this year or next year; however, "Europe" will continue the reconstruction of its armed forces due to the fears of an armed conflict.
