AI cannot swipe your Visa card.

It cannot pass a 2FA check. It cannot show a passport for KYC. It cannot navigate the fragmented payment infrastructure of 195 different countries each with their own banking rules.

But it can use a blockchain API.

CZ made this point in a recent interview and it is one of the most important things I have heard about the convergence of AI and crypto. AI agents today can find you the cheapest flight, the best trade, the optimal route. But when it is time to actually pay, you still have to do it yourself.

That is about to change. Not in years. In months.

When AI agents start transacting autonomously at scale, they will not build integrations with every bank in every country. They will use crypto. The payment rails that work without borders, without permission, without a human showing a passport.

The money that moved to AI stocks did not leave crypto. It is flowing on the blockchain right now. And when AI agents start spending that money autonomously, the volume that flows through blockchain infrastructure will be unlike anything we have seen before.

@CZ saw this clearly when almost nobody else was talking about it. That is what visionaries do.
