Telegram founder Pavel Durov has issued a warning regarding new regulations in Spain that he believes pose a threat to internet freedom. According to Odaily, the primary concerns include a ban on users under 16 from accessing social platforms, mandatory identity verification, and the imposition of personal criminal liability on platform executives for illegal or harmful content. Additionally, algorithms that amplify 'harmful' content could lead to criminal charges, and there will be tracking of 'hate and division footprints.'
