Review Process and Reward Structure:
The Binance VIP team will review users’ eligibility after they submit the application form.Once approved, the eligible user’s highest historical VIP level will be restored within 3 working days of the application date.All program rewards will be calculated based on the user’s restored VIP level. Rewards for items, including the additional 1% APR Boost on Binance Earn offerings and the interest paid on USDC Cross Margin Borrowing for the 30 day period following inception of any new USDC Cross Margin Borrowing, will be credited to users’ Spot Accounts in the form of USDC tokens by 2026-03-27 23:59 (UTC). Details for “Your Choice of One Exclusive Reward” are outlined below, determined by the user’s restored VIP level:

Terms and Conditions:
Only verified users from qualified regions who fill in the application form during the Application Period shall be eligible for any rewards.Only users who held VIP 2 to VIP 9 status at any time in 2025 and are regular users and do not meet the VIP1 trading, borrowing, holding, or investing requirements at the snapshot time of 2026-01-18 23:59 (UTC), who successfully register for the Program during the specified Application Period shall be eligible to receive the rewards. Subaccounts are not eligible to join the promotion. Market Makers and users participating in any Referral Programs shall be excluded from this Promotion.Eligible users shall regain their historical VIP level for 30 days within 3 working days of the application date. Additional 1% APR Boost:The additional 1% APR boost shall apply exclusively to the following selected assets: BFUSD, RWUSD, BNSOL, and WBETH.Terms and Conditions for Binance Earn and BFUSD, RWUSD, BNSOL, and WBETH apply.Only the additional net new subscription to BFUSD, RWUSD, BNSOL, and WBETH during the 30-day reward period are eligible for the 1% APR boost. The eligible subscription cap for reward calculation applies to the combined value of BFUSD, RWUSD, BNSOL, and WBETH in the user’s master account. Assets in sub-accounts are not eligible for the additional 1% APR Boost. For example, if the cap is $1,000,000 and the total combined value is $1,001,000 on 2026-02-06, the reward will be calculated based on $1,000,000. The reward for 2026-02-06 is: $1,000,000 * 1% * 1 / 365 = 27.39 USDC. Binance will take random snapshots of users’ BFUSD, RWUSD, BNSOL, and WBETH balance in their master accounts multiple times in a day during the reward calculation period and calculate the rewards for each day. Users will receive the 30-day rewards in USDC in the Spot Account of their master accounts before 2026-03-27 23:59 (UTC).Rewards will be distributed in USDC. BNSOL and WBETH rewards will be calculated based on the daily closing price. BFUSD and RWUSD rewards are calculated at a 1:1 ratio to USDC. If Binance detects any suspicious activity involving the selling of BNSOL or WBETH on the Spot market solely to obtain the additional 1% APR Boost, the VIP will not be eligible for the boost.USDC Interest-Free Cross Margin Borrowing:Interest-free margin borrowing is available exclusively for new USDC Cross Margin debt.Users can borrow USDC interest free up to the limit of their restored VIP levels, with the restored VIP level caps set out in the table above, with the actual rebate amount determined by the user’s actual interest expenses and at all times subject to the capped rebate amount for the corresponding restored VIP level and for the interest paid by the user during the 30 day period.For the interest-free margin borrowing limit, users must pay the chargeable interest amount for the USDC Cross Margin borrowing and then after the 30 day period, Binance will reimburse the interest paid by the user for this period, up to the restored VIP level cap amount. Interest paid by the user in excess of the VIP level cap amount and/or chargeable to users after the 30 day period from inception of the USDC Cross Margin borrowing, will not be reimbursed.The interest-free margin rebate is only available for new USDC Cross Margin borrowing and may not be applied against existing borrowings.For more information, see our Terms of Use and Risk Warning. Eligible VIP 3+ users of this program may be entitled to an additional reward from the $1,000,000 in BNB Loyalty Prize Pool. Eligibility, participation mechanics, and reward distribution are subject to the terms confirmed by the user’s assigned VIP Account Manager. This reward is separate from the Program’s standard benefits.Account migration, multi-account operations, or any form of abusive or fraudulent behavior for the purpose of obtaining rewards are strictly prohibited. Binance reserves the right to conduct account reviews on all reward distributions and to disqualify users or revoke rewards at its sole discretion.These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in this activity (“Activity”).
