Dusk is not loud or flashy it moves slowly but it feels like it’s building for something real what I notice is it focuses on privacy and rules at the same time which is rare in crypto
Most blockchains are either open for everyone or try to hide everything Dusk finds a middle ground it keeps sensitive info private but still lets regulators and auditors see what they need that makes it feel practical for real institutions
I like the idea of selective disclosure imagine a tokenized bond being traded on chain buyers don’t see all the details but the issuer and auditors can check everything is correct it feels like the chain is working with finance instead of against it
Nothing is perfect privacy adds complexity and zero knowledge proofs can be tricky adoption is slow because banks and funds move carefully I get that but the potential is clear if tokenized assets and regulated finance grow networks that handle privacy with rules will be needed and Dusk is building for that
For me the most interesting part is that it doesn’t try to hide anything it just proves what’s needed and keeps finance usable that kind of balance is what real institutions care about it might take time but it makes sense
