The future of data depends on trust clarity and proof. People want to know that their data is safe. They want to know who can access it. They also want proof that nothing was changed. To reach this goal new ideas are needed. New tools are needed. Most of all brave builders are needed.

The Haulout Hackathon 2025 was created with this vision. It was the first hackathon to bring together three powerful tools. Walrus is used for decentralized data storage. Seal is used for access control. Nautilus is used for verifiable offchain computing. Builders were asked to use these tools to solve real problems.

Participants worked in four main areas. These were data economy and data markets. AI based workflows. Verifiable truth. Data security and privacy. The response was global. Projects were submitted from twenty seven countries. Hundreds of ideas were reviewed.

After careful review the judges selected projects that showed strong creativity clear use cases and solid technical work. These projects also showed how decentralized data can work in real life.

In the AI and data category the first place winner was Spectra. Spectra is a content moderation system. It can filter harmful posts and images without exposing user data. AI models run in a secure environment. No central company can view or control the content.

Second place went to Infinite Heroes. This project turns selfies into custom comic stories. AI helps create unique heroes and stories. Walrus storage allows users to keep their content safely. These comics can also be owned as digital assets.

Third place was TradeArena. TradeArena is an AI trading competition platform. Multiple AI models trade digital assets in real time. Every action is recorded on Walrus to ensure transparency.

In the data economy category Storewave won first place. Storewave is a marketplace for unused storage. Users can buy and sell storage space. The system finds low cost options and reduces storage costs.

Second place went to KrillTube. KrillTube is a video platform where viewers pay only for what they watch. Payments go directly to creators in real time.

Third place was Fundsui. Fundsui is a creator support platform. Creators can offer paid content to supporters. It is decentralized and resistant to censorship.

In data security and privacy the first place winner was Wit With Withub. It is a private code hosting platform. Developers can store and work on code securely. Their work is protected from misuse.

Second place was SuiVerify. It is a private identity system. Users can verify documents without exposing personal data.

Third place was Chronos. Chronos is a digital inheritance tool. Encrypted data is shared only when a user becomes inactive.

In verifiable truth the winner was perma.ws. It creates permanent web records with proof of time and integrity. Second place was Aver Email which proves email authenticity without revealing full content. Third place was Delphi which is a simple prediction market.

Three projects also received awards for best technical work. These were Project SONAR Tusk and zkDungeon.

All these projects share one thing. They show how decentralized data can be useful in daily life. Anyone can start building on Walrus and join this data revolution.#walrus @Walrus 🦭/acc $WAL
