3–4 Setup Conservativi che Sto Monitorando Oggi – HaZ 1

Giovedì è un giorno conservativo al HaZ 1. Niente meme, niente narrazioni ad alta leva. Solo strutture pulite con livelli chiari e un buon R:R. Il mercato è in una fase di consolidamento — questo significa che la pazienza e la struttura vincono su velocità e dimensioni. Ecco 4 setup che sto monitorando oggi. 👇

1) $BTC
Sei giorni di consolidamento tra $68K–$72K. Intervallo pulito. La struttura si sta costruendo verso un punto di decisione. Una rottura sopra $72,000 con volume è il trigger long. Fino ad allora, sto osservando e non forzando.

R:R su questo setup: circa 1:2.2 — accettabile per un'operazione conservativa.

2) $ETH
ETH sta testando vicino alla sua media mobile semplice a 7 giorni a circa $2,132. Mantenere $2,100 è critico per i tori per mantenere lo slancio verso la resistenza di $2,350. TradingView La domanda di acquisto istituzionale e di staking sta fornendo un supporto. Non entusiasmante ma struttura pulita.

3) $BNB
BNB a $646 — uno dei large-cap più consistenti in termini di mantenimento della struttura. L'ecosistema BNB è attivo e la moneta non riceve l'hype che merita rispetto ai suoi fondamentali. Sto osservando il 1D per un rimbalzo pulito dalla zona $630.

4) $SOL
SOL è tra $80–$90, con la zona di resistenza di $92.34 come livello chiave da rompere. Una chiusura giornaliera sopra potrebbe catalizzare un movimento verso $98.65. Sotto $86.66, e il pavimento di $80 entra in gioco. Sto osservando per chiarimenti sulla struttura prima di aggiungere qualsiasi posizione.

Most traders who blow their accounts do not lose because they picked the wrong coin. They lose because their stop-loss was in the wrong place — or worse, they did not have one at all. Today's lesson is one of the most important concepts in trading. 👇

BTC is at $70,692 today, consolidating between $68,000 and $72,000 for the sixth consecutive day. The Fear & Greed Index reads 37 — still in Fear territory. This is exactly the kind of environment where emotional stop placement gets traders killed. So let us talk about how to do it properly.

The wrong way — percentage-based stops
Setting your stop 5% below entry regardless of market structure. The problem: the market does not care about your percentage. It cares about support and resistance levels. A 5% stop on BTC right now would put you at $67,157 — which is actually above the $67,000 structural support. You would get stopped out by normal noise and then watch BTC recover.

The right way — structure-based stops
Place your stop below the last significant support level, not at a fixed percentage. For BTC today the structure looks like this:

Current price: $70,692
Key support: $69,500 — the level that has held twice this week
Stop placement: $68,200 — below the support with room for a wick
Entry zone: $70,200–$70,800
TP1: $73,500 · TP2: $75,500

The stop is where the thesis breaks — not where you feel comfortable losing.

A structurally placed stop protects your capital and removes the emotion from the decision. You define your loss before you enter. That is what professional traders do every single trade.
