Qinbafrank posted on X that the platform is set to significantly support creators in earning more by 2026. Recently, X has been actively making changes, including last week's announcement of open-sourcing its algorithm. Today, @XCreators highlighted that 2026 will be the 'Year of the Creator,' with key initiatives aimed at doubling creator income rewards.

The platform has increased the total revenue-sharing pool by more than double, driven by a substantial rise in user subscriptions in 2025 and the belief that subscription growth benefits should be shared with creators. This means that X will further enhance payment revenue shares for platform creators this year.

Additionally, the method for calculating revenue shares will change. Premium users will have higher visibility and browsing weight on the homepage timeline, with different content formats receiving varying weights. Articles, in particular, may receive higher weighting, prompting creators to consider writing longer pieces. @_wmoon also suggested enabling subscription features, which is worth considering. As previously discussed, the best era for creators on X is approaching.
