Walker eventually became a top adviser at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and was later placed at the World Bank through a formal “secondment” arrangement. While no criminal wrongdoing is alleged, the overlap has reignited intense scrutiny into how Epstein embedded himself inside philanthropy, science, finance, and global policy circles — even after his criminal history was known.
