$XRP Showing Strong Bullish Momentum XRP is moving up with strong buying pressure. The price just pushed above $1.40, showing that buyers are still in control. If this momentum continues, the next levels to watch are $1.45 – $1.50. A break above these levels can open the door for a stronger bullish move. For now, the trend looks short-term bullish, but traders should watch for a small pullback toward $1.36 – $1.38 before the next move$XRP

SEC drops fraud case against BitClout–DeSo founder SEC has dismissed its civil fraud lawsuit against Nader Al-Naji, the founder of the blockchain project DeSo, formerly known as BitClout. The dismissal was filed on March 12 at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The case was dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning it is permanently closed and the SEC cannot bring the same claims again. The lawsuit, originally filed in July 2024, alleged that Al-Naji raised more than $257 million through sales of the BTCLT token while telling investors the funds would be used to develop the project. Regulators claimed that over $7 million was instead spent on personal expenses, including rent for a Beverly Hills mansion and transfers to family members. Al-Naji has consistently denied the allegations. According to the latest filing, the SEC decided to withdraw the case after reassessing the evidentiary record and the specific facts involved. Both sides agreed to cover their own legal costs. Earlier, a parallel criminal wire fraud case related to the matter had already been dismissed in February 2025

U.S. appeals court rejects Custodia Bank rehearing bid in Fed master account case The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit voted 7–3 on Friday to deny Custodia Bank’s petition for an en banc rehearing in its lawsuit against the Federal Reserve, effectively ending the crypto-focused bank’s long-running legal effort to secure a Fed master account. The decision leaves in place an October 2025 ruling that determined the Federal Reserve has discretion to approve or deny master account applications from eligible institutions. Custodia, a Wyoming-chartered bank founded by Caitlin Long, first applied for the account in October 2020 but was ultimately denied by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 2023 due to concerns over its crypto-centric business model. In a dissent, some judges warned that the ruling grants regional Federal Reserve banks significant authority over which state-chartered institutions can access the U.S. payments system, arguing that without a master account, a bank cannot effectively operate in the modern financial system. The decision comes just days after Kraken Financial became the first crypto-native firm to receive a limited-purpose master account from the Kansas City Fed, as regulators work on a broader “skinny master account” framework.
