How to Participate

Get up to 50% in trading fee commissions* from regular and VIP 1 - 2 users’ Spot, Margin, Futures (excluding copy trading) and Convert trade(s) (only Convert Instant orders) when they complete the trade(s) directly after clicking on a coin cashtag (e.g., $BTC) or any of the coin price widgets in one of your qualified content pieces, as per the screenshot below.
Reward Structure
Basic Commission: Every eligible creator receives a 20% commission. This commission is one-time per trade.Bonus Commission: At the end of each week, Binance will rank all eligible creators based on the basic commission they earn, where the top 100 eligible creators of the week can earn a bonus commission as per the table below. Please note that the bonus commission is calculated and settled weekly.

Binance will calculate the commission rewards of each qualified creator at the end of each week, and distribute the weekly commission rewards in USDC to their Funding Accounts by the following Thursday at 23:59 (UTC). Each week runs from Monday 00:00 (UTC) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC). Weekly commission rewards will only be distributed to users when its value is ≥ 0.1 USDC. The final commission will be calculated based on the actual net trading fees incurred (excluding referral commission, VIP discounts, trading fee discounts when using BNB, API broker rebates, and other fee discounts).Users will not receive commissions from trades if any of the following conditions are met:Trades made by users who signed up via referral codes/links (including Referral Lite and Pro).Trades involving trading pairs that do not incur trading fees.Trades executed by market makers or brokers.API trades.Trades from stablecoin to stablecoin.Other conditions that trigger non-commissionable criteria.As there is zero trading fee for Convert trading, we will use an estimated fee rate of 0.1% of the trading volume to calculate the Convert trading fee commissions in this campaign.The current commission does not affect users’ referral commission. Moja opinia:
Aktualna cena $ADA wydaje się być solidną bazą akumulacyjną. Jeśli przebijemy kluczowe opory, powrót do historycznych szczytów (ATH) to tylko kwestia czasu. Cardano to maraton, a nie sprint – a w maratonach wygrywają ci, którzy mają najsilniejsze płuca.

Пауэлл заявил об этом на своей последней пресс-конференции в статусе главы ФРС. Изначально он действительно собирался уйти после окончания срока, но ситуация изменилась, в том числе из-за давления со стороны администрации Трампа.
В итоге он решил остаться в Совете управляющих как минимум до тех пор, пока не завершится расследование Минюста.
При этом Пауэлл сразу отрезал разговоры о том, что будет играть роль «теневого председателя», оставаясь внутри ФРС:
«Я не собираюсь играть роль “теневого председателя”. Я планирую быть конструктивным участником работы совета», — заявил он.
В завершение Пауэлл поздравил Кевина Уорша, кандидата от Трампа, который, как ожидается, займёт пост председателя ФРС 15 мая.
Трамп теряет шанс на большинство в совете ФРС
Сейчас в Совете управляющих уже три места занимают кандидаты, назначенные Дональдом Трампом ещё в его прошлый президентский срок. Если бы Джером Пауэллпокинул свой пост, у администрации появлялось окно для ещё одного назначения.
В таком случае Трамп мог бы получить четвёртого союзника и фактически сформировать рабочее большинство при голосованиях в FOMC.
Однако решение Пауэлла остаться до января 2028 года закрывает этот сценарий. Трамп по-прежнему сможет назначить Кевина Уорша на пост председателя, но общий баланс голосов в FOMC пока остаётся без изменений.
Сам Пауэлл в этом смысле фигура уникальная: его продвигали президенты из обеих партий. Сначала его выдвинул Барак Обама, затем он возглавил ФРС при Дональде Трампе, а позже получил повторное назначение уже при Джо Байдене.
При этом у Трампа уже есть своя опора в совете так как ранее он назначил Мишель Боуман и Кристофера Уоллера. Если к ним добавится Кевин Уорш, расстановка сил может заметно измениться.
Из-за этого решение Пауэлла трактуют по-разному. Одни воспринимают это как попытку сохранить баланс, другие считают это аккуратным и продуманным шагом, который замедляет изменения в политике снижения ставок.
Уорш продвигается вперёд, рынки ждут более быстрых снижений ставок
Кевин Уорш сделал ещё один шаг к назначению: банковский комитет Сената одобрил его кандидатуру с перевесом 13 против 11 голосов. Теперь вопрос вынесен на общее голосование в Сенате перед переходом полномочий 15 мая.
Дональд Трамп выдвинул Уорша с акцентом на снижение процентных ставок, и эта позиция уже получила положительный отклик на крипторынке в последние недели.
Пауэлл также дал понять, что внутри ФРС нет единого взгляда на дальнейшие шаги. По его оценке, сейчас почти поровну тех, кто допускает повышение ставок, и тех, кто ждёт их снижения.
Такой расклад усложняет сценарий быстрого смягчения политики, на котором настаивает команда Трампа.
Отвечая на вопрос о Кевине Уорше, Пауэлл подчеркнул:
«Я принимаю его слова всерьёз».
Дальнейшая динамика будет зависеть от голосований внутри совета. Именно они покажут, насколько быстро регулятор сможет перейти к снижению ставок.
Первое заседание FOMC под руководством Уорша станет ключевым моментом и покажет, сможет ли новый глава собрать достаточную поддержку для курса, на который рассчитывает администрация.
