Anyone who is using the trailing stop?

I have tried it but it doesn't seem to work.

My steps

1. Buy a coin
2. Choose trailing stop
3. Set the trailing percentge to 2%
4. Set activation price which is higher than current price.
5. Press short
6. But the position isn't openning when the activation price is started.

Anyone to guide me?
