Any modification to previously posted content with high interaction to repurpose it as project submissions will lead to exclusion. *Chinese content creators will not be eligible to participate in this campaign. This refers to users who produce mostly (>90%) of their content in Mandarin Chinese (simplified and traditional) over the last 90 days.
